Jaya Robinson

Jaya, a native of Dallas, TX, serves as a Marketing Intern for VPG. She is actively engaged in shaping and executing various marketing initiatives. Her role leverages her ongoing studies at Xavier University of Louisiana, where she is a senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing. The academic rigor at Xavier has equipped Jaya with a solid foundation in business principles and marketing strategies, preparing her for a promising career.

Despite Jaya’s relatively brief tenure in the industry, her journey is distinguished by diverse experiences and noteworthy accomplishments. With a family connection to the construction industry, Jaya briefly gained early exposure to complex project dynamics. So far, her time at Xavier has been marked by historic achievements, including being the inaugural Miss Humanities and receiving esteemed awards like the Division of Business Blazer. Jaya has consistently earned placement on the Dean’s list for six semesters, displaying her commitment to academic excellence and personal growth.

Beyond academia, Jaya is actively involved in extracurricular activities, notably serving as Vice President of Xavier’s Mental Health Coalition and being initiated into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). Her interests extend to diverse areas such as American Sign Language and sewing. Joining VPG has been a fulfilling experience, driven by an uplifting environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
