Pam, a native of Bogalusa, LA, serves as the Human Resources Manager at VPG, bringing with her nine months of experience at the company. She holds dual master’s degrees: a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) and a Master of Science in Human Resources (MSHR), showcasing her expertise in effectively managing human capital.

Pam’s career spans over 15 years across various industries, including Federal Healthcare Contracting, Hospitality, and Event Planning. She is celebrated for troubleshooting workforce issues, developing leaders, and achieving business goals through strategic thinking and creative problem-solving. Known for her exceptional communication skills and analytical abilities, Pam excels as a negotiator, relationship manager, and coach, driving high-performance teams and fostering organizational excellence.

Throughout Pam’s career, she has obtained numerous awards and accolades, including winning a no-bid contract for ten years due to excellent customer service, receiving the Emerging Leader Award, and serving as a Group Advisor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. She also hosted a prestigious roster of celebrity and international guests, highlighting her exceptional hospitality and event management skills. Outside of work, Pam indulges in diverse interests, such as music across all genres, reading, and traveling. Her enthusiasm for football extends to both college and professional games, although she is not a Saints fan.
